Austin's bold, high-energy community brass band will be blowing some tunes ~5:30p-6:30p (approx.)
Costumes
For kids and kids-at-heart, it's costume time.

Adult Bevs 21+
Beer provided by some of our favorites at Independence and St. Elmo Brewery. We will have some wine available but also feel free to bring your favorites. There will be coolers.
Food & Water
Taco grill
Sabor Tapatio will be slinging tasty tacos, with vegetarian options.
Water
There will be coolers with ice so bring your own bottle.
Bottled water also available, if you forget to bring your own.
Snacks
We know hungry kids, so we will have a few individually wrapped snacks sprinkled around to keep the hangries away while they last.
Kid Fun
Austin Fire Department and Mounted Patrol
Barring emergencies, the truck and horses will stop by for a visit and kid demos sometime between 4:30p and 5p
Trick-or-treat trail
Throughout the night there will be a small trick-or-treat trail of spooky trunks. There will be a map to help you self-guide and find each trunk.
Bounce house
No block party would be complete without a bounce house. There will be a large obstacle course for bigger kids and a smaller bounce house for littles.
Face painting and other crafts
Look for our neighborhood art family for some festive face flare in our kid craft zone.
Helpful Information
How are donations used?
We are just a few families hoping to create a night spent with friends and neighbors. 100% of donations will go to offset costs. Think beverages, snacks, the bands. If there are leftover funds, we will roll it into next year (but that hasn't happened yet - hey, we can dream). The best way you can support this event is by showing up and having fun.
